Yes, there is wheelchair access but depends on which unit you will choose. Pets are allowed only in cage for short term rental. If there is available vacancy, you may stay longer time.

Toilet seat broken. Cooking aspect not good. Owner not available. For 2 days owner was not available to return my PHP1500 and as a single 81 y/o man I feel I was taken advatage of.

Never Book at that place. For your on safety. Agressive and unrespect owner. Run aways from that place. Description totally false and Fake : WiFi : none Sea view : 3rd floor... Swimming pool : extra cost. And that just a small part. Really dont waste your Time like WE did.
